The iconic event just keeps getting better.

Kelly Brush Ride

The Kelly Brush Ride has become one of New England’s iconic and favorite charity rides. The family-friendly event includes 20, 50, and 100 routes through Vermont’s stunning Champlain Valley. The 2017 Kelly Brush Ride welcomed more than 800 riders and 80 volunteers to Middlebury, VT and raised over $550,000 for the Kelly Brush Foundation.

It was started in 2006 by Kelly’s friends and teammates on the Middlebury College Alpine Ski Team after she sustained a spinal cord injury racing for the team. The team spent the summer fundraising to help her purchase a monoski and handcycle then gathered the first weekend back in September to ride with (and for) her. The ride still starts and ends at Middlebury and is on the same weekend.

In 2018 we will be hosting the 13th Annual Kelly Brush Ride powered by VBT Bicycling and Walking Vacations on September 8, 2018. Stay tuned for more details as we continue to make this classic even better!
