Bringing recreation access to life

Our work to improve trail access is not only breaking down barriers, but putting the power of recreation on the world stage.

Education and Advocacy

The Kelly Brush Foundation leverages our expertise in adaptive recreation to educate trailbuilders, local organizations, and communities across the country. At home in Vermont, we’ve collaborated on hundreds of miles of universally accessible trails. We are now taking that blueprint and sharing it at conferences and events across North America. Together, we can build a world of recreation for everyone.

Adaptive Trail Building Series

These videos were produced in collaboration with Vermont Mountain Bike Association, Vermont Tourism, Best Day Ever, and other fantastic organizations. They take the expertise we’ve developed over the last five years and distill it into an introductory educational resource for trailbuilders and stakeholders in recreation.

Best Day Ever

In collaboration with Richmond Mountain Trails and VMBA, the Kelly Brush Foundation has helped produced a documentary about community, purpose, and universal access. The film is being shown at festivals and events across the country. Visit Best Day Ever’s website to learn how you can see the movie, or stay tuned for a schedule of KBF events that will be showing the film.
