KBF sets another Active Fund grant-giving record!
We are thrilled to announce the Kelly Brush Foundation just awarded 139 people with spinal cord injuries $400,000 in grant funding for adaptive sports equipment through the Active Fund program. The Active Fund is currently the KBF’s biggest and most well-known program. Through it, the KBF provides grants for individuals with paralysis caused by spinal cord injury to purchase adaptive sports equipment.
This was the most funding ever awarded in one grant cycle in the organization’s 16-year history. And this record comes after last fall’s record-breaking cycle. The KBF impact continues to grow!
