The Active Fund
Grants for individuals with spinal cord injury to purchase adaptive sports equipment.
The Kelly Brush Foundation is dedicated to making active lifestyles a reality for anyone with a spinal cord injury. Life is better active!
Through the Active Fund, we have helped over 750 people from 47 states purchase handcycles, monoskis, sport chairs, racing chairs, hockey sleds, and much more!

Path2Active Partnerships
Partnerships with elite adaptive sports programs to develop a better path to independence in sport.
Collaborating with partners to help people with SCI along a path from first experiencing adaptive sports to being independent.
We are combining adaptive sports programs’ expertise in access and instruction with our grant programs that make individual ownership of adaptive sports equipment possible.

Ski Racing Safety
Working with ski race programs and stakeholders around the country to improve safety.
Kelly was injured in 2006 after striking an unprotected lift tower in a FIS-sanctioned race. We are committed to preventing injuries like hers.
We provide safety equipment grants, advocate for safety awareness, and educate on proper safety practices. Since 2006 we’ve helped purchase more than a thousand rolls of protective safety netting.
